About Victoria

Victoria Courtnall was raised in Victoria and knows this city the way only a local can: the neighbourhoods, the schools, the hidden gems and what makes each corner of Vancouver Island feel like home.

As both a licensed REALTOR® and a mortgage broker with more than a decade of experience, Victoria sees the full picture. She doesn't just help her clients find the right property; she helps them understand how the financing works, what is truly affordable over the long term and how their purchase fits into the life they're building. That means fewer surprises and more confident decisions.

Victoria is also a lifelong entrepreneur and co-owner of SPINCO Vancouver Island. Building businesses rooted in community has shaped the way she works: relationships come first, communication is constant and no detail is too small.

After spending a year in Mexico with her family, Victoria returned home with a renewed appreciation for Vancouver Island and the lifestyle it offers. Today, she works alongside her husband, Bruce, at Courtnall & Co. Real Estate, where they guide buyers and sellers with honesty, thoughtful strategy and a personal touch.

When she isn't working, you'll find Victoria with Bruce, their children, Vienna and Cash, and their Australian Labradoodle, Bodhi, usually outside enjoying everything the Island has to offer.
